This customer called for a small water leak from above that they had their plumber fix a year or so before.When they opened the cabinet doors to clean them out,they noticed a musty smell.Well what had happened was the leak was never completely taken care of as far as digging a bit deeper to look for more damage.We noticed it right away,and had them do an air test with a local vendor that we referred.Soon after we came in,tore out the cabinets and appliances,took care of the mold issue--we were able to put back the kitchen in a beautiful manner.
