This lead was given to us through one of our web services that we are connected with;we receive the lead and have 15 minutes to reply or we lose it.We accepted the lead,and went through our process of our chain of command.That one phone call is what we wait for and we never turn any lead away-we will always pursue it and if it is in our scope of work,we will sign up a customer right away.The fire could have been a lot worse,and we secured it and completed the rebuild in acouple of weeks,ahead of schedule.
