Mold Can Happen While on Vacation...Longport,NJ

It doesn't take long for mold to form and grow.Unfortunately,the homeowners went to a warmer climate for the winter,as a lot of people do along the Jersey Shore,and came back to this mess.A pipe had broken above on the second floor in the vanity,and leaked through for a few months causing this extensive damage.We were able to contain it,wipe it down and clean it by hand with our antimicrobial solution,and encapsulate it.With some other touch up techniques,we really brought the whole area back to life and made the owners quite pleased.
