Residential Home Renovation

We received a call from a friend of one of our employees that just bought an older home.They needed some renovation work done,and the contractor noticed quite a bit of mold in the attic on the rafters.Even though the home was older,we were able to wipe down the rafters with our SERVPRO antimicrobial solution and get rid of the mold.While applying the solution,we put some air scrubbers in the attic to pull away any spores that may be in the air.We then encapsulated the rafters with our SERVPRO paint to permanently keep the mold from growing back.
