Commercial Stairway

This stairway is at a local commercial building that had damage to it from tar affecting it and making it impassible.At first we removed the tar,and the end result was acceptable to the customer.We then up sold a product that we carry to give it a better look.We tried a sample on a small area and brought in the engineer and landlord to take a look,and they loved it.We not only applied it to the area that you see here,but to the other three areas in the building,and our salesmanship payed off,,,every one was satisfied.
